Ordering & MOQ
The global MOQ is 5 pieces total per order — you can mix multiple items from the same category to reach it. Sampling is available from 1-5 units at Tier 1 pricing, which is higher per unit but allows you to verify quality before bulk production.
Lead times vary by tier: 21 days for T1-T2, 18 days T3-T4, 14 days T5-T6, 10 days T7, 7 days T8. These start from deposit payment confirmation, not order placement.
Yes. Mix multiple items from the same category in one order — the 5-piece minimum applies to your whole order, not to each item.
Sizes 2XL-3XL carry a +$2.00/unit surcharge. Sizes 4XL-6XL carry a +$4.00/unit surcharge. These are shown in the product tier table and applied at checkout.
Pricing & Payment
Yes. All pricing is locked in USD. We do not support multi-currency. Payment methods: Stripe card, wire transfer, and Payoneer.
30% deposit activates production. The remaining 70% balance is due after pre-shipment QC passes and before goods are dispatched.
Yes. For orders over $500 USD, installment plans of 2, 3, or 4 splits are available at checkout, with a minimum of $250 per installment.
No. Your USD quote is final. Shipping cost (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP) is agreed separately and specified in the Sourcing Confirmation Document.
Kit Builder & Customisation
DTG (direct-to-garment), screen print, embroidery, and sublimation. Availability per product is set by the vendor and shown in the Kit Builder.
Designs saved in the Kit Builder are stored to your account automatically when logged in. Access them anytime from Dashboard - Saved Designs.
Yes. Upload PNG or SVG logos in the Kit Builder. Logos are constrained to the printable zone (placement zone) of the garment to ensure production-accurate previews.
PNG (transparent background recommended) and SVG. Max file size: 10MB. Minimum resolution for DTG: 300 DPI at print size.
Production & Quality
Every order undergoes a pre-shipment inspection at our QC Hub before the balance payment is released. Full photo and video evidence is shared with the buyer before dispatch.
Spiffy operates a Hidden Vendor Model - all production is managed through our manufacturing partner WSI Custom Apparels LLC. Vendor identity is never disclosed.
Failed QC items are reworked or replaced at no cost before shipment. If resolution cannot be reached, a full refund of the deposit is issued.
Yes. Samples can be ordered at Tier 1 pricing (1-5 units). Colour and construction samples are recommended before committing to bulk.
Shipping & Delivery
EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. Your preferred incoterm is confirmed in the Sourcing Confirmation Document issued after quote approval.
Yes. We ship to all major markets. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed.
